I started Cleanit Greenit Composting because I knew we could help our environment on a business platform.  So with the money I had that day (none) I got to work. 

 

Luckily I am a biological engineer, an entrepreneur, and most of all, my team and our customers believe in what we do (….and I am a bit crazy).  We took out loans, got some good advice, asked everyone we knew to help us. 

 

Thanks everyone and to each of you individually I send a big hug from me!  We would not still be here today without you. Thanks more than I can say.  Anyway we are on our way! Each day is still tough and I still ask for help, but we have accomplished so much (see outputs).

 

We have our first licensed facility, we divert 20,000 tonnes of organic waste from landfill each year and we put at 20,000 cubic yards of “organic soil” high in organic matter and nutrients back into the earth that needs it, each year.  In the process of doing our work, we create carbon offsets bringing balance to the world. We have told our story and worked with our community to get everyone changing the world with us. And I know my team goes home happy each day because we did something positive for our world.
